| Mr Frank Manktelow |
 | Frank started his career when the club was restored after the 39-45 war and for any years was a hard hitting mid-order batsman and in the 1960’s he kept wicket on a regular basis. Frank was Captain for a period, committee member and Chairman. He was heavily involved in the building of the original pavilion, the 1982 celebrations, bi centenary TV film etc. Long retired now from his profession of village undertaker and builder Frank’s infectious enthusiasm and humour was a great help to moral during times of defeat. He recently moved to Seaford on the south coast where he still enjoys his latest love golf. |
